Investigating the Public Service Readiness of Electronic Records Application among Malaysian Public Sectors

This paper is formulated to present the result of an investigation electronic record readiness among Malaysian public sectors. The issues are critically highlighted by scholars. Part on aspect changes in technology and awareness. As ensure entire records completely addressed, details required further investigation. where data collection activities applied conducting interview session with ten (10) respondents, five (5) them manager other Information Technology (IT) staff. Based results interview, it shows that facing six (6) issues, namely lack e-record management policies, standards, guidelines; limited skills management; inadequate ICT infrastructures tools; low internet connectivity; human resource capacity; Through this justification, has shown agencies still not ready fully implement concept their business transaction activities.
